Follow this 8 guides and you won’t regret it
- Always wash your hands well.
Wash your hands after using the restroom or the bathroom, before preparing your meal, before taking your prescribed drugs. Wash after blowing your nose, sneezing, or coughing, wash after stroking your pet(s), Wash after visiting or taking care of a sick person. Make washing of your hands a culture and a habit.
First, wet your hands under running water thoroughly. Lather up with an antibacterial soap, gently rub it into your palms, the backs of the hands and don’t forget your wrists. Be sure to rub your fingertips, under your fingernails and also between the fingers. Rinse thoroughly under running or tap water. Dry your hands, fingertips and wrists thoroughly with a clean handkerchief or a hand towel.
- Cover your mouth/nose.
Cover the mouth together with the nose with a tissue paper when you sneeze/cough, then get rid of it into the trash can. In a case where no tissue is handy, cough/sneeze into the elbow as shown above rather than into your hands.
- First Aid Treatment
Wash all cut with disinfectants and make immediate use of the first aid kit. As this will prevent harmful bacterial from attack on the affected area. Serious cut or animal or human bite should be reported to a doctor or physician.

- Bacteria Outburst.
Avoid picking healing wounds or blemishes, or even squeeze pimples, this leads to the wide spread of bacteria to non infected areas in your body.
I highly recommend skincell pro; This is a fast and easy solution for unwanted moles and pesky skin tags, work in the privacy of your own home. Skincell Pro is a powerful serum made from natural ingredients. With just a few drops applied to a blemish, the serum works to penetrate to the root of a mole or skin tag or pimple, and triggers a rush of white blood cells to the blemish, which starts the removal and healing.

When going on vacations most especially to foreign countries, make an inquiry with your health care provider about additional immunizations. Check that your pet’s vaccinations are always up to date. As this will not only protect the pet but also you, your family and the environment at large.

- Practice Protected sex.
Dating is nice but the outcome is sometimes STDs.
STDs are the most easily preventable infectious disease, but among the deadliest. By being knowledgeable about protected sex (condoms and so on), the transfer of infectious bacteria/viruses from one person to another can be minimized.
